I'm going to click on it. And one of the great features about embedding a video with YouTube is that it automatically uploads the transcripts into Aviary for you if the transcripts are available on YouTube. And so you will see those here. Now, from here, I'm going to go back to the video that we uploaded for a resource, and I'm going to now request a transcript be created for those videos. I'm going to start by going here, click on transcript. I'm going to go here to the right and I'm going to request a new transcript, and inside of every area, there are two services that you can use. There's IBM, Watson, and there's Trint. So when I go down and I'm going to select Trint. And it's going to ask me the language that I like to use, and we have an option of languages here that will be using. From here, speaker diarization, that is, if you have more than one speaker and you would like for it to differentiate between, let's say, speaker one, speaker two. So go ahead and select that. And now I'm going to choose which folder I want this to be uploaded into, and so you can choose a folder that already exist inside of your Aviary account, or you can create a new folder and give that folder name. And from there, I'm going to create a transcript. And once I put that request in to create a transcript, I'm now going to go over to the left and I'm going to select automated metadata. And from here, I see a number of things that are in the works and I am going to sort this by date created to get the one that I just put in to come up to the top.","format":"text/plain"},"target":"https://aviary.aviaryplatform.com/collections/41/collection_resources/42197/file/114205#t=7.96,133.74"},{"id":"https://aviary.aviaryplatform.com/collections/41/collection_resources/42197/file/114205/transcript/26523/annotation/2","type":"Annotation","motivation":"transcribing","body":{"type":"TextualBody","value":"And I will see it here and I'm going to select approve here to the right. And once I had a proof. It's going to create that transcript for me with the service, Trint, and I'm going to check back. In the meantime, it's going to tell me that it is in progress. But once it is completed, I will then have a transcript for this video here inside of Aviary. Now, for sake of time, I'm going to pause what's in progress and we'll pick back up once it's completed. My transcript has now been completed, so I'm going to navigate back to. My playlist, and I'm going to click on my resource again. Now, when I go over to the right and I click on transcripts, I now see that my transcript is here and available inside of Aviary. Another great feature you can use once you have a transcript loaded is you can have the transcript serve as your closed captioning when you click here. And I'm going to manage my transcript and I'm going to go down here and select. And hit saved sequence. And now when I play this video, hello, this video is a quick and go down that closed captioning and turn it on your platform and you'll now see the transcript is being used here below, even closed captioning at the bottom of the video. No. Third, the want. Your transcript is here. You can go back and you can upload another transcript and you can have multiple transcripts for the different media files inside of a resource. So let's say you wanted to have transcripts and more than one language available. You can do so. Or maybe you want something that's less granular or detailed. Can I navigate here? And then I will upload another transcript. I'm going to ask me to find that file on my device or the transcript is. And I have one here. Now open to upload. And from here, I can give it a title. And I will go ahead and I will make public I will upload this transcript. And once I've done so. I can now go in. And I can choose which file I want to use as my transcript. And then that next file will be here and the two can be switched back and forth between the two.
